The line up of Britain’s Got Talent Stars took centre stage last weekend as the finale to the UDO World street Dance Championships, the tribute featured this year’s BGT winners dance act Diversity, as well as, George Sampson, Aidan Davis, MD Productions, Sugar free and Flava, and Andy Abraham and Austin Drage from the X Factor.

The event was watched by Kimberly Wyatt, Pussycat Doll and ambassador for the UDO, along with stars from Coronation street and Hollyoaks.

Now four years old, this year’s World Street Dance Championships took place at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens with international dance crews, including the World Hip Hop Champions the Philippine All Stars, flying in to the North West to compete.

The prestigious competition was attended by over 2,500 dancers of all ages enter a variety of categories including Duos, Quads, Teams, Crew, Battles, Break Dance and Olds.

Simon Dibley, Chief Executive of UDO, said; “Michael Jackson wasn’t just a singer, he was also one of the world’s best dancers, inspiring thousands of people. This tribute, on the same weekend as Jackson’s Birthday, is our way of giving thanks to him.”
