Ronan Parke will release his debut album next month.
In the months since the Britain’s Got Talent Final, in which he ultimately came second to Jai McDowall, Ronan has toured the nation’s arenas, performing each night to screaming fans, and has signed to Sony Music.
And he has just entered the studio to record his first album- Ronan Parke – produced by Stephen Lipson, which will feature twelve classic songs.
The focus track from the album is a fantastic cover of Vanessa Carlton’s A Thousand Miles which Ronan reinvents as his own. The piano part in the song is played by Paul Gbegbaje – the young pianist from this year’s Britain’s Got Talent.
Other standout tracks on the album include an original composition by Gary Barlow –Stronger Than I Am-; the big musical classic Nina Simone’s Feeling Good, Cee Lo Green’s Forget You; Coldplay’s Fix You; Kelly Clarkson’s Because Of You and Eva Cassidy’s Song Bird – to name a few.
Ronan Parke’s album will be released on October 24.
