Andy is the MD of The Industry Music Group and has been learning and plying his trade for near on 2 decades now. From production through to touring, he started on the very bottom step of a very big and daunting ladder.

Now, he is the driving force behind around four thousand shows a year across all of his heavyweight roster of high profile acts.

After joining the company over a year ago, Hugh quickly settled in like a duck to water. Moving down to the office in the London at the end of 2011, Hugh is certainly making the most of life in the capital city.

A famed sports journalist and regular gig goer, Hugh is the party man of the group… even if he is a bit posh.

Chipping away at the DIY scene and constantly looking for sound’s next bit of weird, Kris lives music.  Having been heavily involved with the more ‘underground’ circuit, Kris has been learning the ropes behind the scenes,  setting up an Indie Label, a rehearsal space, playing in bands and putting on shows.

Alex hits music from all sides banding it up, promoting London music nights and the boring part – listening to it all. Having been in various bands from an early age he has a long history of creative arts. Working at Industry Music Group has given Alex the chance to propel his career in the music industry after a long phase of accumulating experience.

A self confessed Strokes fanatic and frequent gig goer.

A walking and talking Heat magazine.. Tash knows everything about everyone. Ex Ibiza party girl and house music head, Tash is addicted to all things Leopard print and has been voted most fashionable person in the office on several occasions.

Nancy is the posh girl of the team who likes the finer things in life. With a background in model booking she is trying her hand at all things music. You will often find her dancing on the tables at members clubs and drinking tea from a Cath Kidtson mug.
