The X Factor hit a new series high last night, overnight viewing figures show.
The 8pm show, which saw Miss Frank become the third act to be eliminated from the series, drew an impressive 13.38m (47.9%), topping last week’s previous high of 13.17m (46.7%).
Overall, The X Factor led ITV1 to a comfortable primetime victory with an average share of 32.4% to BBC One’s 18.2%. BBC Two was third with 9.1%, followed by Channel 4 with 5% (+1: 0.6%) and Five’s 5.3%.
Elsewhere, ITV2′s 9pm Xtra Factor put in 1.78m (7.5%), beating Sky1′s House, which logged 641k (2.7%).
