The X Factor has pipped Britain’s Got Talent and Strictly Come Dancing to be named the best ‘Talent Show’ of 2009 at the National Television Awards.
The awards ceremony featured a live performance from The X Factor winner Joe McElderry, but perhaps the biggest cheer of the night was reserved for John & Edward, who produced an energetic display alongside Vanilla Ice.
